I’ve spent over a decade in the education and qualifications world—though my path here hasn’t been straightforward. After my time in the Royal Navy, I trained as a teacher and discovered first-hand that learning doesn’t look the same for everyone. I’ve experienced those struggles myself, and as a parent to two kids (one who finds school tough, and one who breezes through), I see just how much the system can miss individual needs.
That’s why I’m passionate about making training and qualifications in residential childcare genuinely accessible. Drawing on my experience as a qualified teacher, I work alongside staff—not just ticking boxes, but making sure they get the support and skills they need, without the jargon or unnecessary hurdles. No one-size-fits-all here; I believe everyone deserves a shot at success, whether they’re just starting out or looking to grow in their career.

With a Level 7 qualification in leadership coaching and mentoring, I specialise in designing tailored learning programmes and one-to-one coaching that truly make a difference. I’ve seen first-hand the impact that the right support and development can have—not just on organisations, but on people’s lives.
